Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary delight and fine wine as we host a special wine pairing dinner curated by Chef Mario. This exclusive event will take place on Thursday, March 28th, beginning with a cocktail reception at 6:30 PM in our elegant Private Dining Room followed by dinner at 7:00 PM.

Indulge in a meticulously crafted four-course menu by Chef Mario, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and culinary expertise. Renowned Sommelier Craig, along with a distinguished guest sommelier, will guide us through an exquisite selection of wine pairings meticulously chosen to complement each course. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the art of wine pairing, savoring each sip and discovering the perfect harmony between food and wine.

At the conclusion of the dinner, guests have the chance to cast their vote for their preferred wine pairing, adding an element of friendly competition to the evening.

Due to the intimate nature of this event, space is limited to accommodate up to 30 guests. Early reservation is highly recommended.

Bourbon Steak invites guests to sample Michael Mina's signature steakhouse cuisine in one of the restaurant’s refined private rooms. The Glass Box and Tasting Rooms are stylish, intimate spaces accommodating 14 to 30 guests, respectively, with special group dining menus to complement the venue.

Chef Mario Beabraut brings extensive industry experience to his role overseeing the culinary team and operations of Bourbon Steak. Originally from Palm Beach, Florida, Mario credits a childhood trip to Italy with sparking his passion for food. Along his professional journey, he has worked with remarkable chefs including Thomas Keller, Angela Hartnett, and Daniel Boulud, building a rich expertise in fine dining operations.
